Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and energetic Personal Assistant to join our team at Petronas in Johor Bahru, Johor, Malaysia. As a part-time, entry-level position, this role is perfect for individuals who are dedicated, organized, and eager to learn.

Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the management team
- Manage and organize schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, phone calls, and messages
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documents
- Conduct research and compile information as needed
- Coordinate meetings and events, including setting up equipment and taking meeting minutes
- Handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism
- Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:
- No prior experience required, but a willingness to learn and grow in the role
- Energetic and dedicated personality traits
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage people effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- High school diploma or equivalent
