Manage the executives calendar, appointments and meetings Prepare and organize documents, presentations and reports Handle personal tasks, errands, and administrative duties Organize and maintain files, records and correspondence Assist in managing events, conferences and related functions Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion All you need to know .

This position is ideal for candidates with working experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar role.
