Personal Assistant

We seek a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to support an executive or individual in managing daily tasks, enhancing productivity, and ensuring smooth operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a keen attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
 
Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage the executive's calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.

2. Handle correspondence, including emails and phone calls, prioritizing urgent matters.

3. Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations as needed.

4. Conduct research and compile data for projects and presentations.

5. Assist in personal tasks such as errands, shopping, and event planning.

6. Maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion when handling sensitive information.

7. Coordinate with other staff and departments to ensure smooth workflow.
Perform administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and record keeping.
 
Requirement:

1. Proven experience as a personal assistant or in a similar administrative role.

2. Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

3. Strong verbal and written communication in Bahasa and English.

4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.

5. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

6. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

7. Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
 
Preferred Qualifications:

1. Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or any related field.
