Personal Assistant

The Personal Assistant provides high-level administrative support to an executive or manager, managing schedules, communications, and various administrative tasks to ensure efficient operations. 

Key Accountabilities:



-Efficiently manage the Director's daily and long-term calendar, coordinating meetings, appointments, and travel.


-Arrange and manage all aspects of the Director's travel, including flight bookings, accommodations, and itineraries.


-Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, phone calls, and correspondence.


-Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports, maintaining the confidentiality.


-Assist in virtual and onsite event setup.


-Schedule, coordinate, and attend key meetings, take detailed minutes when needed.


-Assist with personal tasks and errands as needed.

; Requirements:-


-At least Diploma/Degree in any field.


-Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.


-Experience working in the field of travel / event / hospitality / sales / digital marketing will be a plus point.


-Basic skill of video editing will be added as advantage.


-Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Proficiency in Mandarin will be added as advantage. 


-Demonstrated skill with Microsoft Office applications (Excel Power Point, Word, etc.)


-Possess good multitasking and time-management skills, excellent self-discipline.


-Strong sense of initiative, responsibility and has positive attitude.


-Willing to travel and work during weekend (if needed).


Nominal Salary: To be agreed
