The Personal Assistant provides high-level administrative support to an executive or manager, managing schedules, communications, and various administrative tasks to ensure efficient operations. Key Accountabilities:-Efficiently manage the Director's daily and long-term calendar, coordinating meetings, appointments, and travel.-Arrange and manage all aspects of the Director's travel, including flight bookings, accommodations, and itineraries.-Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, phone calls, and correspondence.-Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports, maintaining the confidentiality.-Assist in virtual and onsite event setup.-Schedule, coordinate, and attend key meetings, take detailed minutes when needed.-Assist with personal tasks and errands as needed. -At least Diploma/Degree in any field.-Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.-Experience working in the field of travel / event / hospitality / sales / digital marketing will be a plus point.-Basic skill of video editing will be added as advantage.-Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Proficiency in Mandarin will be added as advantage. -Demonstrated skill with Microsoft Office applications (Excel Power Point, Word, etc.)-Possess good multitasking and time-management skills, excellent self-discipline.-Strong sense of initiative, responsibility and has positive attitude.-Willing to travel and work during weekend (if needed).
