Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced and efficient Personal Assistant specializing in finance and accounting to support our CEO. The role requires strong financial knowledge and excellent administrative skills.Key Responsibilities:
Daily Administrative Support: Manage the CEO's schedule, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements, ensuring effective time management.
Financial Report Assistance: Assist in organizing and analyzing financial data, helping prepare financial reports with accuracy and timeliness.
Communication and Coordination: Act as a liaison between the CEO, internal teams, and external partners to facilitate smooth information flow and communication.
Project Management: Track and manage various project progress to ensure alignment with company strategic goals.
Business Trip Accompaniment: Coordinate and accompany the CEO on business trips, ensuring smooth travel logistics and handling related tasks.
Job Requirements:
Language Requirements: Proficient in Mandarin, English, and Cantonese.
Preferably under 35 years old.
Travel: Willingness to travel frequently, especially longterm to Hong Kong.
Educational Qualifications: A bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related fields (Master's degree preferred).
Work Experience: Experience in administrative or secretarial roles, especially supporting senior management.
Skills:
Excellent organizational skills and multitasking ability.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic financial software.
Ability to work independently and manage frequent business travel and extended working hours.
