Responsibilities:Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Director, including managing schedules, arranging meetings, and preparing PPT slides/proposals as required.
Arrange travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, ground transport, and visa applications.
Act as a point of contact for internal staff, clients, and external parties.
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on the Director's behalf.
Prepare papers and presentation materials for meetings, while also acting as a point of contact and writing minutes.
Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
Respond to emails and telephoneinquiries on behalf of the Director.
Assist the Director in reading, monitoring, and responding to various correspondences.
Requirements:Minimum 5 years' experienceas a Personal Assistant,preferably supporting a C-level executive.
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize andmultitask.
Language required:Mandarin & English(listening, speaking, reading, and writing).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills , with the ability to interact effectively with people at all levels.
Proficient inMicrosoft Officesuite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Exceptionalattention to detailand proofreading skills.
Discretion and the ability to handle confidential information with the utmost professionalism.#J-18808-Ljbffr
