HALYCON SUPPLIES SDN BHD is seeking a proactive and organized Personal Assistant to join their team in Kuching Division, Sarawak.
In this full-time role, you will provide high-level administrative and executive support to the senior leadership of the company.
What you'll be doing
Manage the daily schedule for the director, including liaising with customers.
Provide administrative support such as correspondence and organizing reports.
Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless communication and the efficient flow of information.
Research and compile reports and other relevant information to support the decision-making process.
Assist with special ad-hoc tasks as required.
What we're looking for
At least 1 year of experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a similar administrative role.
Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to liaise with all levels.
Proficient in using office productivity software such as Microsoft Office suite.
Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
A proactive and adaptable approach to problem-solving.
