Calendar Management: Maintain the CEO's schedule, including planning and scheduling meetings, appointments and travel arrangements.- Information Management: Organize and maintain confidential company records, reports and documents.- Meeting Support: Prepare meeting agendas, attend meetings with the CEO and take accurate meeting minutes. Follow up on action items and commitments made during meetings.- Travel Arrangements: Arrange and coordinate travel itineraries, accommodations and logistics for business trips.- Prioritization: Identify and manage the CEO's priorities and help ensure that important tasks and deadlines are met.- Gatekeeping: Act as the gatekeeper for the CEO, screening and redirecting inquiries and requests as needed.- Project Support: Assist the CEO in managing various projects, including research, data analysis and presentations.Client and Stakeholder Relations: Interact with internal and external parties, including clients, partners and board members, on behalf of the CEO.- Financial Support: Assist with expense reports, budget tracking and financial records.- Strategic Planning: Participate in strategic discussions and provide administrative support in the execution of corporate strategies.- Confidentiality: Maintain the highest level of confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information.**; Requirements**:- Proven experience as an executive or personal assistant to senior management.- Excellent organizational and time management skills.Strong written and verbal communication abilities.- Proficiency in using office software, including word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation tools.- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.Ability to work independently, take initiative, and anticipate the needs of the CEO.- Discretion and sound judgment in handling confidential matters.- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and schedules.- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
