Job DescriptionTo assist in arranging business activities and work-related tasks.
To assist in correspondences and administrative duties such as corresponding to emails, drafting memos, and preparing communications.
To assist in coordinating and preparing for internal and external meetings & events.
Participate in meetings by taking accurate minutes, recording messages, and following up on action items.
Liaise with senior management and other staff members.
To assist in daily administrative duties.
QualificationsDegree in Business Admin or equivalent field.
Minimum 2 – 4 years' working experience. Exposure to the construction field will be an added advantage.
Computer literate. Knowledge in Microsoft Office software and Google Apps will be an added advantage.
Able to maintain high confidentiality of matters.
