Responsibilities:


-Coordinate and schedule meetings, manage appointments, and liaise with clients for scheduling.


-Handle various correspondences including emails, letters, phone calls, and WhatsApp messages on behalf of the employer.


-Run errands such as collecting medical reports and claims from hospitals or clients.


-Assist with client policy summaries, reviews, and the preparation of quotations.


-Take notes during meetings, relay messages, and provide concise summaries.


-Collaborate with team members and external parties on projects, monitoring progress and providing updates.


-Perform ad hoc tasks or special projects as assigned by the employer.

-Minimum diploma or degree in any field.


-Proficiency in English, Mandarin, and BM.


-Skilled in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and other relevant software.
