Personal Assistant to Director


About the Role:
We're looking for a reliable and organized Personal Assistant to support our Director in day-to-day tasks and operations. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys multitasking.



Responsibilities:
•? ?Manage the Director's calendar, schedule meetings, and appointments.
•? ?Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries.
•? ?Handle correspondence and communications on behalf of the Director.
•? ?Organize and maintain files, documents, and records.
•? ?Assist with preparing reports, presentations, and other materials.
•? ?Perform other administrative tasks as required.



About You:
•? ?Strong organizational and time-management skills.
•? ?Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
•? ?Proactive, resourceful, and detail-oriented.
•? ?Previous experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar role is a plus.

Salary: RM 3-7k monthly, based on experience
Location: Petaling Jaya, Section 51
Working hours: Monday-Friday 9:30am-6pm


Nominal Salary: To be agreed
