Responsibilities:Provide secretarial and administrative duties to Director.
Assist Director to follow up on operation issues and projects.
Organize and manage calendar, schedule meetings, appointments, taking minutes and prepare correspondence.
Plan travel, including flights, accommodation and ground transportation.
Maintain proper filing system and keep track of important documents.
Maintain strict confidentiality and interact professionally with all levels of staff.
Perform ad-hoc duties assigned by Director from time to time.
Any other job assignment as and when required.
Requirements:Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Secretarial / Business Studies / Administration / Management or related equivalent.
Minimum 1-2 year(s) of relevant working experience in related field.
However, fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Handle requests and inquiries in a suitable manner.
Analytical thinking and good at problem-solving.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
