Personal Assistant Intern (Ceo)

Details of the offer

-Manage the CEO's calendar, scheduling appointments, meetings, and events, and ensuring all commitments are prioritized effectively.


-Screen and manage email correspondence on behalf of the CEO, drafting responses, flagging urgent matters, and maintaining an organized inbox.


-Conduct research and compile information on various topics as requested by the CEO, preparing briefs, reports, or presentations.


-Assist with document preparation, including drafting memos, letters, and other communications, and ensuring accuracy and consistency.


-Coordinate travel arrangements for the CEO, including booking flights, accommodations, transportation, and preparing detailed itineraries.


-Provide logistical support for meetings, conferences, and events attended by the CEO, including arranging venues, catering, and materials.


-Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism, maintaining a high level of confidentiality at all times.


-Collaborate with other members of the executive team and support staff to ensure seamless communication and coordination of tasks.

-Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.


-Strong written and verbal communication skills, including professional correspondence and interpersonal communication.


-Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with calendar and email management tools.


-Ability to work independently and take initiative, while also functioning effectively as part of a team.


-Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information and dealing with high-level executives and stakeholders.


-Adaptability and willingness to learn new tasks and technologies as needed to support the CEO's requirements.


-Pursuing or recently completed a degree in business administration, communications, or a related field is preferred but not required.
Preferred Qualifications:


-Previous experience in an administrative or executive support role is advantageous but not essential.


-Familiarity with project management tools or software for organizing tasks and schedules.


-Knowledge of basic accounting principles for tracking expenses and managing budgets.


-Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact professionally with individuals at all levels of the organization.
