Personal Assistant (Pa) - Based In Kl & Johor

Responsibilities Organize and manage calendar, scheduling meetings and appointments Screen and redirect phone calls and distribute various forms of correspondence Draft correspondence such as emails and letters Handle requests and inquiries in a suitable manner Take accurate and comprehensive notes at meetings Help with daily time management Plan travel, including flights, accommodation and ground transportation Organize & Coordinate events and conferences Run errands as requested Requirements and Skills Excellent oral and written communication skills Proficiency in MS Office and fluency in English Exceptional organizational and time management abilities Capable of multitasking and effectively prioritizing daily tasks Discretion and trustworthiness Flexibility and adaptability Age below 40 High School degree as a minimum educational qualification Possession of a PA diploma or certification would be considered beneficial .
