Working Days and Working Hours: Monday-Friday, 9am to 6pm
Job Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive administrative support to the executive team, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and arranging travel.Screen and prioritize incoming emails, phone calls, and correspondence, ensuring timely responses and follow-ups.Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports for internal and external meetings.Coordinate logistics for meetings and events, including venue bookings, catering, and audiovisual setup.Manage expense reports and reimbursements for the executive team.Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.Act as a liaison between the executive team and internal/external stakeholders, building and maintaining positive relationships.Anticipate the needs of the executive team and proactively address them to optimize their efficiency and productivity.Standby to respond to urgent matters during weekends or public holidays, as needed.Job Requirements: Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant, preferably in a corporate setting.Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.High level of discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work, especially in preparing documents and reports.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other office productivity tools.Ability to work independently and anticipate the needs of the executive team.Flexible and adaptable, with a willingness to respond to urgent matters outside normal working hours, including weekends and public holidays.Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.A proactive, problem-solving attitude and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
