(Registration No.199201008829(240332-X)) is seeking a well-experienced and highly caliber Personal Assistant/Secretary with a pleasant personality to fill the vacant position.
This is a full-time position that will provide high-level administrative and executive support to senior leadership within the organisation.
Responsibilities:
Providing comprehensive administrative and secretarial support, including diary management, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination.
Handling a range of correspondence and communication.
Organising and maintaining filing systems.
Assisting with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other business documents.
Requirements:
At least 3 years of professional experience as a personal assistant or secretary.
Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to work independently.
Strong interpersonal skills in dealing with people at all levels.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and various application software.
Some knowledge of HR and payroll matters.
Willingness to multitask and take extra duties.
Trustworthy and able to handle confidential information with care.
Excellent command of English and Bahasa Melayu, both written and verbal.
