We are an established automotive company, based in Ipoh, Perak and in line with our expansion, we seek for a young, enthusiasm and energetic Personal Assistant to assist our Group CEO.- Act as the trusted point of contact for the Group CEO for all external parties and internal employees, representing the CEO and the Company as and when required.- To provide full range of confidential personal assistance to the CEO.- Collaborate with all departments to facilitate communication to/from Management.- Organization and involvement of miscellaneous functions and events as assigned by the Management, involve in future developement of the company's business.- Coordinates and facilitates the CEO's calendar to arrange appointments, meetings, conferences and bookings of travel & accommodation and remind the CEO for such arrangements and appointments.- Follow up issues and report to CEO on urgent matters- Dealing with general correspondence with internal and external parties.- Undertake special assignments other ad-hoc functions and related duties as and when required by the Management.Job Requirements:- Young and energetic male or female, with at least 3 years' working experience as a Personal Assistant to the top Management Executive.- Willing to put extra hours to meet the competing deadline in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.- Must be independent, resourceful, analytical and possess good communication skills with all internal and external parties.- Proficiency in MS Suite, business writing skills and basic knowledge in Accounting.- Well verse in IT and knowledge in digital marketing is an added advantage.- Language: English, Bahasa Malaysia or any other local dialect.
