PA, EA & Secretarial (Administration & Office Support)
Full time
Handling correspondence and e-mails while accurately expediting urgent, confidential, and important correspondence to appropriate personnel.
Effective Appointments and Time Management, ensuring smooth flow of schedules.
Maintains, implements and provides direction to support staff in matters of office procedure.
Assist in data and financial analysis including preparation of reports.
Review and propose yearly budget for CFO's office, Office and Administrative department.
Other Secretarial & Confidential Support - letters and memo writing, minutes of meeting, reports, circulars, maintaining a proper filing system and safekeeping of important documents, basic research and analysis, screening of calls, etc.
Other Matters relating to general secretarial duties and administrative support as requested.
Job Requirements:Bachelor's Degree in related discipline with minimum 1-2 years of relevant working experience preferably in property development or construction Industry.
Good written and verbal communication skills (English is a must).
Proficient in MS Office applications.
Wide degree of creativity and able to evaluate multiple highly detailed tasks.
Ability to react promptly and effectively to ad hoc requests and changes, ability to problem-solve with good judgement and decision-making skills
Able to organize and manage multiple priorities for maximum delivery result.
High level of integrity, initiative and results oriented.
Able to build effective and long-standing partnerships with relevant stakeholders.#J-18808-Ljbffr
