This is a full-time on-site role for a Personal Assistant to Chief Executive Officer at Wavelet Solutions Sdn Bhd located in Subang Jaya.
The Personal Assistant will be responsible for executive administrative assistance, personal assistance, diary management, and clerical skills.

Exceptional organizational and time management skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and handle confidential information
Proficiency in Google Workspace
Relevant experience in a similar role is preferred
Willing to work outside office hours and on weekends
