JOB RESPONSIBILITY:-
To attend secretarial and personal administrative duties in a confidential manner.To liaise and coordinate with internal and external parties on the Company and the Director's personal matters.To draft letters, emails and sometimes minutes meetingScreen through emails and attend to phone calls before reaching the Director.Managing the Director's calendar  Assist the Director in arranging appointments and coordinate chamber activities.Responsible for ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Director from time to time ie coordinating travel plansSupport general office administration matters. REQUIREMENTS :- Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Degrees in Secretarial, Business Administration with passion for secretarial work are encouraged to apply.Minimum 6 years of relevant working experience.Displaying a can-do, upbeat attitude will aid the boss's day-to-dayTime management, document organization & filing and coordination skill.Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload.Good communication skills in both oral and written in English.Mandarin language is an added advantage in dealing with china clientsWell-versed in Microsoft Office ie. Word/Excel/Powerpoint.Candidate is able to work in TTDI, KL.


Nominal Salary: To be agreed
