Responsibilities Assist senior level management with personal and administrative matters including but not limited to calendars, travel arrangements, and any other support as neededOrganize team communications and plan events, both internal and off-siteAssist with special projects as needed (including marketing initiatives) demonstrating flexibility and problem-solving abilities.Maintains an overview and ensures progress on major cross-functional initiatives and projects through data driven metricsQualifications Candidate will ideally have 3-4 years of working experienceProficiency in Microsoft Excel is a mustMust be able to work with little supervision, is detail-oriented, flexible in terms of responsibilities, and able to organize multiple priorities and work deadlinesAny background in marketing is a bonus
