Personal Assistant to Executive Director (Property)In summary, the role exists to assist in the day-to-day operation and support in terms of Company expansion.
Job responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
Support in the day-to-day administration of the Executive Director, including meeting scheduling, coordination, and communication with relevant internal and external stakeholders.
Able to perform report compilation and familiarize with Excel.
Prepare documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos, and emails, making any amendments as directed by Management.
In charge of maintaining electronic and hard copy filing systems.
Take minutes of meetings and perform general travel bookings.
Any other administrative duties required for the role.
Job Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Secretarial or equivalent.
Excellent scheduling, coordination, and communication skills in a fast-paced environment.
At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position; conversant in English and Mandarin to support Mandarin-speaking clients, as well as Bahasa Malaysia.
Proactive, driven, trustworthy, and able to manage any confidential information with a mature and pleasant personality.
Applicants with property industry experience are also welcome.
