Details of the offer

Job Summary:
The incumbent shall liaise with relevant stakeholders on behalf of the General Manager. Assist in carrying out all activities in the General Manager’s office such as Loan Processing, Marketing and other Documentation functions.
Job Responsibilities:
• To review and check Bank Statements and reconcile payment received.
• To communicate and liaise with Investors and provide Investment Administrative support.
• Maintain good relationship with Investors. Follow up with Investors on payment and update on payment received.
• Ensure that discrepancies are identified, communicated and cleared in a timely manner.
• Assess and evaluate loan applications, interview applicants and carry out background checks according to the SOP to determine eligibility and feasibility of granting loans.
• Ensure loan application documentations and such as credit histories and Financial Statement are in order.
• To assist in managing and organizing all documentation from the General Manager’s office.
• To carry out any other ad-hoc duties as required by the General Manager.
Job Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least a Certificate / Diploma in any field.
• Matured personality with age 35 years and above.
• At least 3 years of working experience in a Financial Institution / Marketing / Customer Service.
• Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills. Able to build relationship with people from all levels.
• Good attention to details and good with numbers.
• Thorough in documentation and highly proficient in MS Office especially Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
