Personal Assistant To Group Ceo

Details of the offer

Provide comprehensive support to the Group CEO, including managing both business and personal matters.
Manage the Group CEO's calendar, including scheduling meetings and appointments.
Coordinate travel arrangements for the Group CEO, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation.
Prepare travel itineraries, agendas, and other necessary documentation for the Group CEO's business trips.
Ensure travel plans are organized, efficient, and aligned with the Group CEO's schedule and preferences.
Coordinate the organization of the company's annual management and sales meeting.
Serve as the primary point of contact between the Group CEO and internal/external stakeholders, handling internal and external inquiries professionally and promptly.
Screen documents before obtaining the Group CEO's approval.
Maintain and organize the CEO's office room in a clean and tidy environment.
Perform clerical/general office duties and delegate tasks to the administrative team.
Any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the Management.
Job RequirementsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred.
At least 3-5 years of working experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a similar role supporting C-level executives.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Pleasant personality with the ability to build positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
