Job Responsibilities:Responsible for all secretarial and administrative duties including personal and corporate matters.
Ensure all minutes of the meeting are recorded clearly and descriptively.
Coordinate, delegate, and monitor as required by top management to lead, develop, and execute activities effectively in line with company objectives.
Follow up and liaise with HOD on internal and external operation issues.
Resolve complaints and debts as well as assist the Sales Department to close deals.
Assist HR with recruitment and other issues.
Arrange travel schedules and perform necessary bookings or reservations.
Liaise with bankers, lawyers, and government sectors.
Assist with other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Director.
Job Requirements:
Education level: Certificate or Diploma in Secretary Studies.
Working Experience: Minimum 2 years working experience in related industries.
Special Skill: Independent, good organizational skills, high level of professionalism, fluent in English and Mandarin.
Good work ethics, committed, and with high integrity.
Special Knowledge: Computer knowledge.
Others: Good interpersonal communication skills to deal with people at all levels.
