Responsibilities:
Provide personalized banking services to clients.
Assist clients with their banking needs and inquiries.
Promote banking products and services.
Maintain customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
Fluent in Mandarin and English.
Previous experience in banking or customer service is an advantage.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
