Job Description - Personal Financial Consultant (Eastern Region) (210002BH)
To provide "one-stop" banking solutions to our customers, including financial advisory and promoting a comprehensive range of financial products and services.
ResponsibilitiesProvide financial advisory and cross-sell financial products and services.
Proactively manage and build long-term customer relationships.
Conduct sales visits to potential customers within the vicinity and provide good after-sales service.
Ensure adherence to relevant policies, regulatory risk, and compliance matters.
QualificationsBachelor's degree in any field from an accredited university/college.
Interest in financial planning, investment, and sales.
Preferably with a minimum of 1 year experience in sales or service.
Good interpersonal and communication skills; able to deliver high-quality customer service.
Possess a valid driving license and own transport.
License and relevant certifications (PCE, CEILI, CUTE, etc.)
are an added advantage.
