Role Summary:
As a Personal Driver, you will be responsible for providing safe, reliable, and efficient transportation services for company representatives and management. Your role includes driving to appointments, handling document deliveries, and maintaining the assigned vehicle.
Job Descriptions: Transport company representatives and management to various appointments, personal events, and company-related matters.Provide a safe, reliable, and punctual transportation service, ensuring comfort and professionalism.
Deliver and collect documents to/from specified destinations as requested.
3. Undertake special assignments, ad hoc tasks, and related duties as assigned by the admin Department.
4. Maintain the assigned vehicle in excellent condition, ensuring it is clean, well-maintained, and meets all safety requirements.
5. Plan efficient travel routes and estimate travel times to ensure timely arrivals.
6. Oversee regular vehicle maintenance, including service updates and communication with Admin Department regarding repairs and servicing.
7. Ensure the vehicle is kept clean, tidy, and in good working order at all times.
8. To provide reliable and professional driving services, manage transportation needs efficiently, and ensure the vehicle is maintained to high standards.
9. Working hours follow CEO and management's schedule.
10. Must be able to be contacted at any time, also present at all places punctually during working hours.
11. Basic salary RM2500 + overtime
Experience/Requirements: Proficiency in English is required.At least 1 to 3 years of experience as a professional driver.Valid driving license and a clean driving record. Familiarity with Klang Valley routes.Positive and professional attitude with strong commitment to punctuality and reliability.Ability to handle ad hoc tasks and assignments with a flexible approach.Non smoking and drinking during working.
