Job Summary:We are seeking a reliable and professional Personal Driver to provide safe and timely transportation for the CEO and family to and from various locations.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety, comfort, and convenience of the passengers while adhering to all traffic laws and regulations.
The personal driver will also handle the maintenance and cleanliness of the vehicle, ensuring it is always in good condition.
Key Responsibilities:
Safely drive and transport the employer to designated locations in a timely and efficient manner, including work, meetings, appointments, and social events.
Ensure the comfort, safety, and privacy of the passengers during travel.
Maintain a clean and organized vehicle at all times, both inside and outside.
Perform routine checks and maintenance on the vehicle, including oil changes, tire pressure, and fluid levels.
Keep a log of daily travel activities, mileage, fuel consumption, and maintenance needs.
Assist with errands such as picking up dry cleaning, groceries, or other personal tasks.
Ensure punctuality and flexibility to accommodate changes in the schedule.
Maintain confidentiality and respect privacy of the employer and family.
Comply with all traffic laws and regulations while driving.
Report any vehicle issues, accidents, or damage immediately.
Maintain a professional appearance and conduct at all times.
Qualifications:
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Proven experience as a personal driver or professional chauffeur (preferred).
Knowledge of local roads and traffic regulations.
Strong time-management and organizational skills.
Ability to handle a variety of tasks and responsibilities simultaneously.
Excellent communication skills and a polite, professional demeanor.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information discreetly.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required.
Strong knowledge of basic vehicle maintenance (oil changes, tire checks, etc.).
Physical Requirements:
Ability to sit for extended periods and drive long distances.
Ability to assist with luggage or other items when required.
