Personal Driver
Responsibilities:
Driving and Transportation:Safely transport the employer and client to and from destinations.
Follow the most efficient and safe routes, adjusting for traffic and weather conditions.
Ensure the vehicle is available and prepared for scheduled trips.
Run errands such as picking up groceries, and any other household-related tasks.
Safely transport family members, including children to school, clinics, and other destinations.Vehicle Maintenance:Regularly inspect the vehicle for mechanical issues and perform maintenance tasks such as oil changes, tire rotations, and other basic maintenance.
Keep the vehicle clean, both inside and outside.
Ensure that the vehicle is always fueled, and any necessary repairs are promptly addressed.Punctuality and Time Management:Adhere to schedules, ensuring timely pickups and drop-offs.
Plan routes ahead of time to ensure efficiency and punctuality.Confidentiality and Discretion:Maintain the confidentiality of the employer's personal and business matters.
Exercise discretion and professionalism at all times, especially when transporting high-profile individuals.Errands:Run errands as requested by the employer, such as grocery shopping, picking up dry cleaning, or delivering documents.
Assist with loading and unloading luggage or packages.Safety and Compliance:Ensure adherence to all traffic laws and regulations.
Avoid risky driving behavior and report any incidents immediately.
Ensure that the vehicle's documentation (insurance, road tax, etc.)
is up-to-date.Requirements:
Valid Driver's License:Must possess a valid driver's license suitable for the vehicle class they will be driving.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and for outstation trips.
Be available for outstation travel as required, with travel allowances and accommodation provided.Driving Experience:Proven experience as a personal or professional driver, ideally with knowledge of the local area and traffic conditions.
A clean driving record without any major accidents or violations.Knowledge of Navigation Systems:Familiarity with GPS, mapping software, and the ability to navigate efficiently without relying entirely on technology.Physical Fitness:Ability to sit for long periods and assist with lifting luggage or other items if needed.
Preferably non-smoking.Punctual and Reliable:Consistently on time, dependable, and capable of adjusting to changes in schedule or last-minute requests.Good Communication Skills:Clear verbal communication skills to interact with the employer and passengers courteously and professionally.Professional Appearance:Maintain a neat and professional appearance, reflecting the employer's image.Knowledge of Vehicle Maintenance:Basic understanding of vehicle maintenance and upkeep.Flexibility:Willingness to work irregular hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays if necessary.
Work beyond normal working hours when required, including weekends and holidays, to accommodate family schedules and emergency trips.Confidentiality:Must be trustworthy and able to handle sensitive information discreetly.Working Hours:
Mondays - Fridays (9 a.m - 6.00 p.m)
Saturday (9 a.m - 1.00 p.m)
