As a Personal Driver, you will be responsible for providing safe, reliable, and professional transportation services for company representatives, management, and their family members. Your role includes driving to appointments, managing document deliveries, handling personal errands, and maintaining the assigned vehicle in top condition. Professionalism, punctuality, and discretion are key elements of this role.
Job Descriptions:
-Safely transport company representatives, management, and their family members to appointments, events, personal matters, and company-related activities.
-Ensure punctuality, comfort, and professionalism during all transportation services.
-Deliver and collect documents or items as directed by management or the Admin Department.
-Maintain the vehicle's cleanliness and functionality, ensuring it is always in safe, working condition.
-Plan efficient travel routes and estimate travel times to ensure timely arrival at all destinations.
-Monitor and schedule regular vehicle maintenance, reporting any issues or necessary repairs to the Admin Department promptly.
-Adhere to the vehicle's upkeep schedule, ensuring it is always well-maintained and prepared for daily use.
-Manage transportation requirements efficiently, handling urgent or ad hoc requests with flexibility.
-Follow the CEO, management, and family members' schedules, adjusting working hours accordingly.
-Maintain availability and punctuality during working hours, ensuring you are reachable for any transportation needs.

; Requirements:- Experience/Requirements:
-1–3 years of professional driving experience.
-Valid driving license with a clean driving record.
-Strong knowledge of Klang Valley routes.
-Professional, positive attitude with a commitment to punctuality and reliability.
-Flexibility to handle ad hoc tasks and assignments efficiently.
-Non-smoker, with no drinking during working hours.
Basic salary: RM2,000 - 2,500 + allowance + OT.
