Job Summary:
The Personal Driver will provide dedicated transportation services to the Managing Director (MD) and Executive Director (ED) of the company.
This role includes ensuring safe and timely pick-ups and drop-offs for business and personal appointments, handling errands, and maintaining the vehicle in excellent condition.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate professionalism, discretion, and reliability at all times.
Key Responsibilities:Safely transport the MD and ED to and from their designated appointments, meetings, and events, ensuring punctuality and reliability.
Plan and adhere to efficient routes and schedules, considering traffic, weather, and other conditions to ensure timely arrivals.
Handle personal errands for the MD and ED, such as picking up packages, groceries, or other personal items as required.
Ensure the assigned vehicle is well-maintained, cleaned regularly (interior and exterior), and in excellent working condition at all times.
Conduct routine vehicle checks and promptly report any maintenance or repair needs.
Maintain a logbook of travel details, fuel expenses, and vehicle maintenance records, as required by the company.
Ensure the confidentiality and privacy of the MD, ED, and company matters at all times.
Be available for flexible working hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, or public holidays as needed.
Requirements:Minimum SPM or equivalent.
Proven clean driving record with a valid driver's license.
Excellent knowledge of local roads, traffic patterns, and efficient route planning.
Strong sense of responsibility, discretion, and professionalism.
Punctual, reliable, and able to maintain flexibility in scheduling.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle tasks with minimal supervision and maintain confidentiality.
Travel to various locations as required, including occasional outstation trips.
The driver must ensure consistent adherence to safety regulations and company policies.
