Job Description - Personal Financial Consultant (Eastern Region) (210002BH)
The Personal Financial Consultant will provide "one-stop" banking solutions to our customers.
ResponsibilitiesProvide financial advisory and promote a comprehensive range of financial products and services.
Proactively manage and build long-term customer relationships.
Provide excellent after-sales service and conduct sales visits to potential customers within the vicinity.
Ensure adherence to relevant policies, regulatory risk, and compliance matters.
QualificationsBachelor's degree in any field from an accredited university/college.
Interest in financial planning, investment, and sales.
Minimum 1 year of experience in sales or service is preferred.
Good interpersonal and communication skills; able to deliver high-quality customer service.
Possess a valid driving license and own transport.
License and relevant certifications (PCE, CEILI, CUTE, etc.)
are an added advantage.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
