Personal Trainer / Floor Trainer Intern

-Managing the front desk, including greeting customers, providing support to customers, answering incoming calls, and directing them to the appropriate team members.     


-Providing administrative support to other team members, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and organizing documents.    


-Maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of the facility, including organizing common areas, restocking supplies, and maintaining equipments.     


-Ensuring that security protocols are followed, including signing in visitors and monitoring access to the facility.     


-Perform billing and administrative duties.     


-Execute departmental checklists.     


-Handle the opening and closing of the workplace.     


-Log member interactions and maintain accurate client records.     


-Help set up group fitness classes or events.     


-Assist with gym tours and provide basic membership information to prospective clients.     


-Greet members and provide a welcoming experience.     


-Assist clients with equipment usage, ensuring proper form and technique.     


-Offer tips or advice to help members achieve their fitness goals.     


-Be available for questions and offer guidance during workouts.     


-Work closely with other trainers, gym staff, and management to ensure smooth operations.     


-Assist in scheduling and covering shifts for other trainers if necessary.     


-Collaborate with management to provide feedback or suggestions for improving the gym's operations or member experience.
