About the role
As a Pest Control Service Technician at AJ PEST CONTROL, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and well-being of our clients by providing effective and professional pest control services. This full-time position is based in Seri Kembangan, Selangor, and will involve carrying out inspections, identifying pest issues, and implementing customised treatment plans to eliminate infestations.
What you'll be doing Conducting thorough inspections to identify the presence and extent of pest problemsSelecting and applying appropriate pest control methods, such as the use of chemical or non-chemical treatmentsDocumenting and reporting on the services provided, including any recommendations for further actionEducating clients on preventative measures and best practices to maintain a pest-free environmentAdhering to all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulationsMaintaining equipment and vehicles in good working conditionProviding excellent customer service and responding promptly to client inquiriesWhat we're looking for Proven experience as a pest control technician or in a similar roleStrong knowledge of common pests and effective control methodsFamiliarity with the use of pest control equipment and productsGood problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and address pest issuesExcellent communication and customer service skillsA valid driver's licence and the ability to operate a company vehicleCertification or training in pest control or related fields would be an advantageWhat we offer
