As a Pet Care Consultant, you will help create awareness with emphasis on the importance of providing proper pet care solutions and in getting the right products into the hands of the Company's valued customers. Being part of the retail team, you must understand the business objectives and the importance of having the ability to deliver a Pet Lovers Centre customer service & shopping experience that is a cut above the rest.**Your roles & responsibilities include**:- Support the day-to-day business operations of the retail store.- Assist and advise customers on their concerns pertaining to pet care and recommend solutions such as proper usage of drugs, health supplement and pet care supplies based on indications and needs.- Perform cashiering duties.- Greeting customers the moment they enter the store and making them feel welcomed.- Be approachable and be a good listener in discovering customers' needs.- Caring of small animals at the outlet (including cleaning and feeding them).- Generate interest through the sharing of product knowledge.- Keeping abreast of product knowledge through continuous learning.**General Target Incentives Pay up to $310****Gamification Incentive for top stores of up to $160****Benefits**: Medical Reimbursement, Health Insurance, Quarterly Meal Allowance, Team Bonding, Long Service Award, Staff Purchase Discount, Company Uniform Provided, etc**Job Types**: Full-time, PermanentExpected Start Date: 08/09/2023
