The Pet Care Consultant helps create awareness with emphasis on the importance of providing proper pet care solutions and in getting the right products into the hands of the Company's valued customers.

Role Descriptions:Support the day-to-day business operations of the retail store.
Exhibit animal husbandry knowledge to address customers' requirements regarding the care and well-being of live animals.
Maintain and convey detailed and specialized Pet Care Product knowledge.
Assist and advise customers on their concerns pertaining to pet care and recommend solutions such as proper usage of drugs, health supplements, and pet care supplies based on indications and needs.
Execute selling strategies to complete sales of products and services to the satisfaction of customers.
Manage customer loyalty and retention programs to foster long-term relationships with customers.
Manage receipt and storage of merchandise, and monitor stocktaking policies and procedures for continual improvements.
Manage policies and practices regarding the care and maintenance of animal habitats in compliance with AVS guidelines.
Support and assist in ad-hoc / periodic stock-take and/or stock-count exercise when required.
Ensure the well-being of pets at retail store and be a technical mentor specialist to other team members to improve knowledge on animal husbandry.
Adhere to all the retail SOP, company's policies, processes, and procedures.
Monitor and manage after-sales service, customer exchanges, returns, and refunds with respective departments or suppliers.
Receive and check stocks including live animals with proper documentation.
Feedback to Area Supervisor on customer needs or operations matters.
Practice professionalism and act in the best interests of the company in all aspects.
Any other duties / tasks / projects as assigned related to your role.
Role Requirements:Diploma/Degree in Vet or Nutrition related.
Good customer service, communication, and presentation skills.
Able to commit to retail hours (6 days work week, including weekends and public holidays).
2-3 years of relevant work experience required for this role.
Working rights required for this role.
Expected salary: RM15,000 per month.
