Veterinary Services & Animal Welfare (Farming, Animals & Conservation)
Responsibilities:
Appointment Management:
- Schedule and manage grooming and boarding services appointments.
- Assist with managing the daily schedule, confirming appointments, and rescheduling when necessary.
- Ensure all bookings are made smoothly.
Client Communication:
- Greet customers politely and make them feel welcome.
- Respond promptly to client inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and in-person.
- Provide quick and prompt customer service.
Appointment Reminders:
- Send reminders to clients regarding their scheduled appointments.
Manage Check In/Out of Pet Hotel Service:
- Check both dogs and cats for external parasites or tangles.
- Inquire with the client for feeding instructions and behavior of the pets.
Lobby Maintenance:
- Maintain cleanliness and organize the whole lobby area.
Client Consent and Registration:
- Ensure clients complete necessary consent forms.
- Manage client registrations and update the database accordingly.
- Assist with client education on policies, procedures, and services offered.
Payment Processing:
- Collect payments from clients.
- Ensure all deposits are paid in a timely manner.
Internal Communication:
- Communicate with groomers and other team members to ensure smooth operations.
Handling of Both Dogs and Cats:
- Not afraid of any dog breeds or cats regardless of size.
- Inform clients of their pets' day-to-day condition and well-being, providing photo and video updates via WhatsApp.
Requirements:
Previous experience in customer service or receptionist roles preferred.
Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively.
Attention to detail and organizational skills are essential.
Able to read, speak, and write in English.
Must be comfortable and not afraid of both dogs and cats.
Working Hours:
9:30 AM - 6:30 PM
Tuesdays: Off Day
Sunday: 9:30 AM - 4:00 PM
