Petrol Station Manager

Key Responsibilities: - To supervise and communicate with all level of  employee on matters relating to the petrol station and retail shop services.To ensure the station is open and close on timely manner.To ensure station are well maintained by checking and follow up any maintenance issues, ensure all areas in station are always in good condition, neat and tidy. To ensure smooth progress of auditing stock take, meter reading and prepare reports on timely manner.To maintain all necessary standards for Shell Site Essential Assessment and reporting to management accordingly. To maintain the shop display, price tag and shop cleanliness in good manners. To safe keep the shop keys and any password related, you must not disclose or pass to third party. To be in-charge overall petrol operations and update and communicate well with the Management for any issues arise in station or any staff matter without any negligence. To manage employee recruitment and training efforts to ensure that all employees are properly trained in their job duties and ensure they carry out their responsibilities effectively.Key Requirements: - A minimum of 5 years of managing experience in the retail fuel station, service industry.Energetic and enthusiastic with great interpersonal and communication skills to inspire workers successfully towards reaching high customer service standards and sales objectives.Able to work independently.Willing to work weekend and public holiday if required.


Nominal Salary: To be agreed
