You will either be a part of, or depending on experience be in charge, a team ofinstallation analysis project engineers, dealing with rigid pipeline installation analysis in project, FEED or tender. What does the role involve?Responsibilities of the Principal/Senior Pipeline Installation Analysis Engineers can involve but are not limited to: • Perform in autonomy installation analysis of rigid pipeline in S-lay, J-lay and/or Reel-lay, • Support an installation analysis team to ensure successful delivery of analysis activities on all projectssupported by the Pipeline Group, • Give direct engineering guidance to PG engineers on specific subject matters • Supporting delegated external interfaces such as clients, subcontractors, etc. and internal interfaces, such asSCM, etc. • Accountable for planning of your analysis scope and the one of their team, • Give direct engineering guidance to PG analysis engineers on specific subject matters • Responsible for ensuring that standard of engineering services provided complies with relevant companyengineering standards with a clear focus on commerciality of engineering solutions • Ensure installation analysis solution is fit for purpose while meeting client specifications • Provides engineering support during operations with occasional periods offshore or on yard • Promote safety culture and initiatives to the installation engineering team throughout the onshore andoffshore delivery phases • Participates actively to engineers training and development, • Participates actively to the Pipeline Group department know-how consolidation • Proposes innovative solutions allowing cost & risks reduction What do you need to have? • Ideally you will have experience in Leading engineering teams (essential for Lead) • You will have a minimum of 6 years relevant experience (typically in the Oil & Gas market but otherrelevant experience will be considered) • You should be proficient with Orcaflex and familiarity with systems such as Python, VBA and Abaqus isdesirable • You should be a clear communicator, able to speak with all levels within the business, who is comfortableworking on their own and as part of a team • You will have extensive report writing skills with the ability to self-check and produce accurate work, as wellas the ability prioritize and organize your work accordingly to meet deadlines set by management • You will be highly motivated and be able to show a demonstrable commitment to HSE and Quality • You should have a commitment to Continuing Professional Development • This role may involve short spells of overseas travel so candidates may need to show a willingness andflexibility YOUR FUTURE AT SUBSEA 7 ASIA PACIFIC;In return for your hard work and commitment, you'll be rewarded with: • Great exposure in oil and gas industry • Long term career opportunity • Global mobility opportunities if relevant • Diverse and international team if relevant • Training and development • Flexible working arrangement • Work life balance #LI-BT1
