The OEM Sales Representative plays a crucial role in driving business growth by identifying and securing new opportunities within the pharmaceutical industry. Key Responsibilities: Business Development: Identify and target potential pharmaceutical clients for OEM services. Generate leads and expand the client base. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships. Provide customized OEM solutions and address client concerns. Sales and Revenue Generation: Achieve sales targets through proactive client engagement. Prepare and deliver sales presentations and negotiate contracts. Regulatory Compliance and Product Knowledge: Ensure compliance with pharmaceutical regulations. Provide technical support and guidance to clients. Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research and analyze trends. Refine sales strategies based on client feedback and market data. Sales Reporting and Documentation: Maintain accurate sales records and prepare reports. Ensure proper documentation of client interactions and contracts. Coordination with Internal Teams: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order execution. Coordinate with finance for invoicing and payment collection. After-Sales Support: Follow up with clients post-delivery to ensure satisfaction. Address any product-related issues and gather client feedback. Job Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Business Administration, or a related field. 3-5 years of sales experience in the pharmaceutical industry, preferably in OEM or contract manufacturing. Primarily office-based, with regular travel to client sites, industry conferences, and manufacturing facilities. Skills: Strong sales and negotiation skills within the pharmaceutical sector. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a focus on building long-term relationships. In-depth knowledge of pharmaceutical regulations and manufacturing processes. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex regulatory environments.
