Responsibilities:
Accurately dispense prescription and over-the-counter medications following legal and regulatory guidelines.
Counsel patients on the proper use of medications, potential side effects, and drug interactions.
Customer Health Advice:
Provide personalized health consultations based on customers' needs and medical profiles.
Educate customers on health conditions, preventive care, and the use of supplements and wellness products.
Inventory Management:
Ensure the availability and proper stock levels of medications and health products.
Conduct regular checks to ensure all products are within expiry dates and comply with safety standards.
Compliance and Documentation:
Maintain accurate records of prescriptions, purchases, and customer inquiries.
Adhere to all pharmacy laws, regulations, and company policies.
Work closely with the pharmacy team to ensure smooth daily operations.
Participate in promotional campaigns and health awareness activities organized by the company.
Community Engagement:
Build trust with customers and the community by demonstrating professionalism and care in every interaction.
Requirements:
Education: Degree in Pharmacy from recognized institutions, Registered with the Pharmacy Board of Malaysia.
Year of Experience: Candidate with no retail experience are also encouraged to apply as training will be provided.
Skills: Pleasant personality, trustworthy, attentiveness, good communication & interpersonal skills.
