Pharmacist

• Provide efficient pharmacy services in the Outpatient, Inpatient, Clinical & Training, and Pharmaceutical & Sterile Preparation Units • Major duties involve supply of medications to outpatients, inpatients and patient care areas • Provide pharmaceutical care in Medication Reconciliation areas, INR Clinic and Multidisciplinary Clinic/s • Provide inpatient counselling with accurate medication information and advice to ensure optimum patient outcomes • Participate in educational and training activities for professional development • Participate in all departmental & organizational-wide quality improvement activities • Perform inventory control & monitoring • Perform other pharmacy-related duties assigned by the supervisor
