Job ResponsibilitiesThe job holder will work closely with consultants and other health professionals to optimize pharmaceutical care and proper use of medications for patients through application of clinical knowledge and experience.
Key duties are to carry out assigned pharmacists duties as according to the hospital policy and the Malaysian act.
QualificationsBachelor or Master's Degree of Pharmacy (recognized by MOH)
Preferably with working experience in hospital pharmacy
Passionate in patient care
Good command in English
Team player, customer oriented, trustworthy
