JOB SUMMARY

Helping customers in identifying and purchasing required products to ensure that excellent customer service is demonstrated at all times

REQUIREMENTS SPM/ STPM/ DiplomaFresh graduates are encouraged to apply.Required language English / Bahasa Malaysia (Third language will be an added advantage)Friendly, courteous, and self-motivatedAble to commit to retail working hours including weekends and public holidays.Good communication skillsHaving a friendly and engaging personalityFull-time and part-time positions available.Able to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays.Have your own transport.
Job Responsibilities

To assist the pharmacists in the outlet.To process sales transactions for medications, supplements, and other pharmaceutical supplies.Arrange inventory for medications and pharmaceutical supplies.Process sales transactions for medications and other pharmaceutical supplies.Attend to customers' inquiries and provide customer service to meet customer expectations.Assist in prescription & consultation.Able to identify the right medication according to condition.Ensure the retail outlet is clean and tidy at all times.
No experience is required as we provide all the necessary training.
