About the role
We seek a highly motivated and passionate PhD student immediately to join our dynamic team at Monash University Malaysia in Bandar Sunway, Selangor. This is a full-time position that offers the opportunity to contribute to cutting-edge research and make a meaningful impact in the field of Synthesis of 2D MXenes and their transformation into a novel composite material.
What you'll be doing Conduct in-depth research in the area of Synthesis of 2D MXenesCollaborate with other researchers to develop innovative solutionsAnalyse data and present findings through publications, conferences, and other forumsParticipate in the development and implementation of a new way of 2D MXenes synthesisProvide support and guidance to undergraduate and postgraduate studentsContribute to the continuous improvement of our student support programsWhat we're looking for A bachelor's or master's degree or equivalent in a relevant field, such as engineering, applied sciencesDemonstrated research skills and experience in the field of chemical, material, or mechanical engineering or applied sciencesStrong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesExcellent communication, writing, and interpersonal skillsA passion for enhancing research and promoting workWillingness to work in a collaborative and innovative environmentExperience in analytical equipment such as FTIR, BET, FE-SEM, TEM, XRD, etc, is a plus point What we offer
