We are looking for a sales expert specializing in Photovoltaic on behalf of our prestigious client in the Solar Electric Power Generation industry. This is a remote position based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Key Responsibilities: Responsible for sales of photovoltaic modules in Europe, India, and Turkey regions, achieving sales targets. Develop and implement market development and promotion plans based on company performance requirements and sales targets, in conjunction with the actual situation of foreign markets, ensuring effective implementation of various tasks and ultimately achieving performance goals. Continuously collect and analyze customer and market information, formulate customer development and maintenance plans, and actively facilitate the achievement of sales targets. Lead daily communication with regional teams and clients, establish orders, negotiate corresponding terms of sales contracts, and coordinate internal and external issues related to business, technology, finance, etc. Develop tailored solutions and negotiate business terms with clients based on their needs and competitive situations to facilitate order completion. Understand competitor information and propose market strategies or suggestions. Provide product development or improvement suggestions based on market conditions. Pay attention to regional exhibitions and summits, conduct brand marketing and customer exploration, and grasp market trends. Coordinate after-sales service, promptly resolve customer after-sales issues, enhance customer experience, and ensure the achievement of market and sales target Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or above, with over 5 years of sales experience in Europe in photovoltaic, new energy, energy storage, electromechanical, or related products. Candidates with existing client resources are preferred. A good foundation in English or other foreign languages, with proficiency in business written and oral communication. Familiarity with international trade and foreign sales knowledge, proficient in various office software. Familiar with policies, markets, and pain points of countries in foreign regions, capable of making corresponding product planning, certification requirements, and market strategy layouts for the regional market. Proficient in international marketing knowledge, deep understanding of components and related professional knowledge, familiarity with industry development status, understanding of legal, financial, financing, etc. Strong leadership, planning, organization, coordination, interpersonal skills, and strong oral and written communication skills.
