Php Backend Developer / Team Lead

Responsibilities:You will lead a tech team and receive handover from an outsourced developer.Develop and maintain efficient PHP backend solutions.Work closely with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements using server-side logic.Write clean and well-documented code to ensure high performance and security.Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues in the existing codebase.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and translate theminto technical specifications.Participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to quality and coding standards.Contribute to the planning and execution of software development projects.Provide technical support and assist in problem-solving for team members.Reporting to the Chief of Departments.**Requirements**:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.Proven experience as a PHP Backend Developer.Strong knowledge of PHP web frameworks (Laravel, Symfony, etc.).Proficient in MySQL or other relational databases.Experience with version control systems, such as Git.Understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and their integration withbackend services.Solid understanding of RESTful APIs.Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.**Salary**: RM5,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Additional leave- Company car- Flexible schedule- Opportunities for promotion- Professional development- Work from homeSchedule:- Monday to FridaySupplemental pay types:- Performance bonus- Yearly bonus
