Currently, we are seeking an experienced candidate to fill this newly created position:
Physical and Reliability Laboratory Technician (Quality)Responsible for Physical and Reliability Laboratory activities of PCB/IC Substrate.
Your ResponsibilitiesExecute tests and Failure Analysis for assembly requirement (including qualification of process, equipment and base material, failure analysis, cross section test, improvement projects, engineering trail lots, etc.)
Execute specified tests for process quality control (including micro-sections, microscope, peel-strength test, ball shear, etc.)
Prepare the outgoing reports for customers (including A1 report and other customer special reports).
Execute tests for special requirement (e.g. qualification of process, equipment and base material, failure analysis, improvement projects, engineering trail lots, etc.)
Execute reliability tests (e.g. SEM/EDX, small press machine, TST, hot oil test, CAF, climate test, warpage measurement, reflow test, etc.)
Execute all tests with required accuracy and provide test results in time.
Check and clean laboratory equipment regularly and execute 5S.

Your ProfileCandidate must possess at least a Professional Diploma/Diploma in Engineering or Science field or equivalent.
Minimum 3 years of experience in related field or equivalent field.
Basic knowledge of physical measuring techniques (cross section, microscope, peel strength, ball shear, operate micrometre gauge, etc.)
Assembly experience will be a plus for the candidate.
Basic knowledge of SI units (metric system).
Basic knowledge of quality standards.
Proficient in PC and office software.
Works independently and in teamwork.
